Introducing Olive and Madrone
At Olive & Madrone, each board is crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local markets.
While our menus offer a great idea of what to expect, actual ingredients may vary based on items that are freshest and available.
We use These Menus as inspiration, then let the seasons and local selections help guide the final masterpiece.
Every board is one-of-a-kind.

Our Charcuterie Journey
Olive & Madrone started its charcuterie journey with a vision to bring the finest, locally sourced charcuterie to the community.
Our passion for exquisite flavors and artisanal presentation drives us to curate the most delightful charcuterie boards for our customers.
We aim to break free from traditional norms and redefine the art of charcuterie, creating unforgettable experiences with every board.
Meet The Caterer

Owner/Operator Michelle Torina
Hi, I’m Michelle—artist, food enthusiast, and founder of Olive & Madrone. I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest for over ten years, and the natural beauty of this region continues to inspire everything I create. I started out working with acrylics on canvas, and while painting is still a big part of my creative life, I’ve recently discovered a new (and tasty) medium: charcuterie.

Through Olive & Madrone, I bring together my love for art and locally sourced ingredients to design charcuterie cups, boxes, and boards that are just as stunning as they are delicious. Whether you're planning a wedding, hosting a party, or just want to treat yourself, I’m here to help you turn any occasion into something memorable.

I’m excited to serve the Roseburg community and beyond, creating curated, one-of-a-kind grazing experiences that celebrate flavor, beauty, and connection.
